These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between PAARSAL ASIA LTD (hereinafter “Paarsal”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Client”) using Paarsal’s international ordering and delivery service to Mauritius. By validating an order, the Client fully and unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.
Orders can be placed via WhatsApp. The first order must be placed via the Tally form so that Paarsal can register the Client’s information. Paarsal places supplier orders on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of each month. Products prohibited for air transport (list available on request) are strictly refused. Paarsal does not guarantee product availability until supplier confirmation is received. By confirming the quotation, the Client agrees that some items in their cart may be out of stock or not eligible for shipping to Mauritius when Paarsal places the order. Any unavailable items will be fully refunded. If the Client wishes to include them in the next batch, they must send a new cart, which will be treated as a new order with its applicable service fee.
Prices stated in quotes always include: The cost of the items ordered by the Client Customs duties (10% where applicable — e.g., not on clothing) VAT (15%). Paarsal service fees are structured as follows: Rs 250 for any order of up to 25 items Rs 100 for every additional set of 10 items (or part thereof). Paarsal service fees include full order management, group shipping coordination, customs processing, secure packaging, and delivery to your home or workplace. In the event of an exchange rate variation after the quote is issued, Paarsal will absorb the difference — no additional payment will be requested from the Client.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer. Payment is required when confirming the order. Deposits are accepted, but full payment must be made before the supplier order is placed. Once the order is confirmed with the supplier, no refund will be issued, except in cases expressly provided for in these T&Cs.
Indicative timeframe: around 15 days from the supplier order date. However, this is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on shipping and customs processes. Paarsal cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond its control. Delivery is only to home or workplace addresses. Paarsal may deliver on weekends but not on public holidays.
Taxes are calculated at the time of order and included in the final price, except in the case of manifest error or regulatory changes. Paarsal handles 100% of customs clearance on behalf of the Client.
No returns are accepted if the product matches the validated quote. In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product: The Client has a maximum of 24 hours after delivery to report the issue. The claim must include photo and/or video evidence. Paarsal will handle the claim directly with the supplier for replacement or refund, as appropriate. If an item is out of stock at the time of supplier order placement, it will be refunded to the Client. If the Client wishes to reorder it in the next batch, it will be treated as a new order, with a new service fee applied. Paarsal is not responsible for stock variations or availability on merchant websites.
Paarsal is not responsible for manufacturing defects or product quality; its responsibility is limited to the proper delivery of the product. Paarsal will not be held liable in the event of customs seizure due to the contents of the package or applicable legislation.
The Client may cancel an order after payment only if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier. In the event of a validated cancellation, the refund will be processed according to the agreed terms with the Client.
Paarsal reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date the order is confirmed.
